The thirty-third edition of Antiquaris concluded with 19,000 visitors, a great many contacts made, and a considerable number of firm sales.
The sale of pieces from top firms has consolidated the show as a benchmark of quality and innovation in its sector, and for the first time included specialists in furniture and decorative arts from the 20th century. The programme of activities further underlined the show’s commitment to bring the culture of collecting to new audiences.
There was a positive response to the inclusion of furniture and decorative arts of the 20th century for the first time, and to the “Conversations with Antiquarians” sessions at which experts gave an on-the-spot analysis of pieces on display at the show.
The Madrid-based gallery is an international benchmark for ceramic pieces.
